This just in.....

According to upper level management at Deviant Art, as of last January 29, 2006 controlling shares of DA have been purchased by the web site conglomerate of Myspace.com. As of May 5, 2006, Myspace.com will be taking DA and the art therein and relocating it to a page on Myspace. This community will have seperate Art galleries consisting of DA art work that you and I have submitted.
But this is probably for the best. More art will be seen my many many people across the globe. DA art can be used by any Myspace mamber to put on their blogs and use it as they choose. The submission agreement between you ( the artist ) and DA will be null and void as of April 1st.

Although this may seem a bit sudden, this will be the best thing for the members of DA. Myspace is the way to go. A place where art can be truly appreciated by the great minds of Myspace. Cheers, and April Fools.
